a simple hypnosis technique to help you sleep better...

I thought i would share this with you all.  Cheers Thomas.
Thomas, here's a quick and effective
hypnosis technique to help you relax
and fall asleep at will...

If you don't know how to induce deep sleep
in yourself, then you're at a major disadvantage.

The sleep you're getting (or not getting) is a
HUGE factor in the overall quality of your life.

The skill I've mastered better than
any other as a professional hypnotist
is being able to put people (often times
strangers) into deep sleep-like trances.

You see hypnosis is the state between being
awake and being asleep and hypnosis aims to bring
you right to the middle of them. So that you can use
the logic of your awake mind and the imagination
of your asleep (dream) mind to create changes.

So, I got very good at bringing people right
to the edge of sleep. (I was able to use this
skill in my own life to master my own sleep).

Ironically, most people who suffer from insomnia
and sleep disorders are often using hypnosis,
but they're using it against themselves.

Like if you wake up at 2:14 AM,
look over at the clock and start getting mad
as you picture how tired you're going to be
when you wake up and how exhausted you'll feel
at work and the stress of your boss yelling at you...
and on....and on....and on....

and the more you think like this the more worked up
you get (the opposite direction of sleep).
But, you can just as easily relax yourself
and fall asleep at will.
